Shop Policies

Order Processing Times:
Standard store items are made to order, taking between 3 and 5 days to make unless stated elsewhere on the listing.
Leather armour and custom orders usually take between 2 and 6 weeks to make. Larger, more complex items may take longer.

Shipping:
Domestic Delivery for small items will be by Royal Mail, larger items will be shipped via courier.
International items will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail unless they exceed the size/weight limitations. Such items will be sent via international courier.
Items under £30 are shipped without tracking. If you require the item to be tracked please select the option at checkout.  

Customer collection of larger items can be arranged.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Please dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

   Custom or personalised orders
   Perishable products (like food or flowers)
   Digital downloads
   Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
